Please make note, that if you accept to attend a scheduled Local 18 training course, your seat is reserved for that class and you are required to attend all dates for the course. Should there be a reasonable/unforeseen reason that you cannot attend anymore (we understand, life can get busy), you cannot cancel your seat in the class online through the Member Portal. You must email or phone the hall to speak to the Training Coordinator directly to cancel your seat.

• We require no less than 24 hours of advanced notice to cancel your spot in a registered course. Please contact the office well in advance so we can open up your spot to another interested member in time.
• Members who “no-show” or last minute cancellations (less than 24 hour notice before course start) will be charged a fee for last-minute/no-show cancellation. The fee amount is $50.00 for Local 18 instructed courses, and $100.00 for courses that required a 3rd-party instructor for the course.
We kindly ask that all our members please be courteous of the instructors, organizers as well as other members who would have liked to have taken the course, and commit to showing up to participate. No-shows and last minute cancellations do not benefit anyone.
