Please note that with the current Ontario re-opening plan phases being rolled out, Local 18 offices will begin to re-open for member entry into lobbies/business areas following number of person entry limitations and posted guidelines. Please ensure you are following the posted covid-19 requirements should you be entering any Local 18 building, including: signing in, wearing face coverings, social distancing, temperature checks and sanitizing hands. Should you wish to meet with a member of our staff, it is encouraged to make an appointment time in advance via phone/email.

The following timeline is anticipated based on current Provincial Re-Opening Phase Dates:

• June 15, 2021: Access to the Benefits office lobby only, maximum 1 person at a time. *
• July 5, 2021: Access to the Benefits office lobby and access to the front lobby through the hallways, maximum 2 people at a time. *
• July 26,2021: Access to the Benefits office lobby and access to the front lobby (possibly new front entrance open too if renovations completed) maximum of 3 people at a time. *

*All people must follow posted covid-19 requirements to gain entry into allowed areas.

Local 18 will update our members as Provincial regulations change and if/when we are legally able to open the doors restriction free, just like we were in early 2020.  Things change daily and membership will be notified by e-blast if any changes to the above are implemented.
