Vacation Pay Handout – FRIDAY JULY 8th 2016

It’s that time of year again…Vacation/Stat Pay handout will take place on Friday, July 8th 2016 between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:00 pm at the Hamilton Hall. Should you want to pick up at the Niagara office, you must inform Janet in Niagara by Wed. July 6th! 

Reminder: Members and permit members, please do not call the office asking if we can issue your cheque prior to the above date. This is a very busy time of year for us, and reducing such types of inquiries allows us the required time needed to process the vacation payout. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Any items not picked up at the office by 4:00 pm on the 8th will be delivered to the post-office and mailed to the address we have on file.
