Vacation Pay Handout – THIS FRIDAY JULY 8th

Vacation/Stat Pay handout will take place THIS Friday, July 8th between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm at the Hamilton Hall. Should you want to pick up at the Niagara office, you must inform Janet in Niagara by Wed. July 6th at the latest! 

Reminder: Members and permit members, please do not call the office asking if we can issue your cheque prior to the above date. This is a very busy time of year for us, and reducing such types of inquiries allows us the required time needed to process the vacation payout. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We close at 4:00 pm on Friday. Any items not picked up at the office by 4:00 pm will be held at the Hall until Monday of next week, until further resolution of Canada Post potential strike. 

***Members are to be aware that there is potential for a labour disruption for Canada Post. In the event of a strike we will be holding Vacation Pay cheques here for member pick up until the strike is over and we are able to mail them out. But-If there is no official strike, we will be delivering cheques to the post office on Friday after 4:00 pm.
